Hi Everyone,

My name is Alex Shallhorn and I am currently a student at New River Academy. This semester I decided to join NRA for the trip to Chile, and the great freestyle training in Canada, and the United States. Chile was an amazing trip, and improved my creaking and river running skills incredibly. This quarter the main focus is freestyle training and big waves, like Bus Eater. We are leaving for Canada at four in the morning tomorrow. I am very excited to get back to my home river, the Ottawa. Also this weekend we will be attending the level six cup, which is a very fun competition located in the heart of Ottawa City. I am a student of the video class, taught by Tino Specht, and will be uploading videos as the quarter goes along.
