Biology:

This course surveys the major concepts of biology, focusing particularly on the structures and functions of individual organisms. Students will explore the underlying causes for biological phenomena. Topics will include ecosystems, basic organic chemistry, cells, genetics and DNA, anatomy and physiology, classification, evolution, diseases, and biotechnology.

Chemistry:

Students will be integrating their mathematical problem solving skills in the collection and analysis of data. Topics include atomic structure, the periodic table, the nature and classes of chemical reactions, and stoichiometry.

Physics:

This is a problem solving course based on experiments and demonstrations. Students will inquire into the collection of laws comprising physics such as motion, force, momentum, energy, waves (sound, light, radio, water, etc.), electricity, magnetism, and relativity.
